Glazer’s strong commitment to the community has been recognized since our founding in 1933. It’s our way of saying thank you for allowing us to be your neighbor. Each day we strive to earn, build and maintain a positive relationship of trust in the community, creating a tradition of caring that has come to be known as "Glazer’s Community Partnerships."

How to Apply for Donations

Glazer’s Community Partnerships gives only to non-profit organizations that maintain an IRS 501(c)3 designation and that operate within our current service area, which now covers 11 states: Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma and Texas.

Glazer’s Community Partnerships may contribute either product or cash, depending on the need and on local laws. We direct our resources toward projects and programs in our priority areas, specifically:

• Health-related organizations


• Organizations providing education, training or activities for children


• Cultural organizations


• Because Glazer’s Community Partnerships receives requests for funding and product donations far in excess of our resources, we unfortunately must decline many worthy projects and programs. We still encourage organizations that meet the above criteria to seek the support of Glazer’s Community Partnerships.

To apply for support from Glazer’s Community Partnerships, please submit a package that includes:

• A written proposal or letter of request on your organization’s letterhead


• Proof of IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit status


• A list of sponsorship benefits for varying contribution levels


• A completed Charitable Support Application, which can be downloaded by clicking on either of the following options:



• Filling out an MS Word application file, saving it, and then printing it.


• Printing out a blank application form (PDF format) and filling it out by hand.

You should receive by e-mail, fax or letter a confirmation that we have received your application. If you do not receive one within one week, please contact the branch manager to ensure your application has been received.

For those who participate in our program, we ask that you fill out a post event evaluation form, which can be downloaded by:


• Filling out an MS Word post-event form, saving it, and then printing it.


• Printing out a blank post-event form (PDF format) and filling it out by hand.
