Sheldon Stein
President and Chief Executive Officer

Before beginning his tenure with Glazer’s in 2010, Mr. Stein had been a Vice Chairman of Global Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch since March 2008. In this role, he served as Glazer’s lead advisor and has worked closely with the Glazer Family and executive team as well as its suppliers on many strategic fronts. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Stein was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. for over 20 years. Prior to Bear Stearns, Stein served as a partner in the Dallas law firm of Hughes & Luce.
Stein received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude from Brandeis University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Cary Rossel
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for all financial and administrative functions of the Glazer’s Companies including:
  • All accounting and audit functions

  • All payroll, human resource and employee benefit functions

  • All accounts payable for all locations of the company

  • Developed and implemented the corporate infrastructure utilized by the Company for its operating and accounting systems

  • Responsible for the acquisition negotiations including all legal and tax consideration

Phil Meacham
Chief Operating Officer

Responsible for the overall implementation and execution of sound business practices at both the Corporate and State levels. Develops short and long term financial objectives and administrative processes in order to maximize Glazer’s return on investment. Manages and coordinates the activities of the Corporate Office by working with Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, and Finance and Human Resources Departments.

Alan Greenspan, Esq.
Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Alan Greenspan was formerly a partner in the Dallas office of Jackson Walker L.L.P., where he had practiced for over 20 years. Mr. Greenspan has served as outside counsel on various matters for Glazer’s since 1999, and has advised the company on diverse legal issues ranging from acquisitions, to intellectual property, to litigation. He earned a B.A. with Honors from Amherst College and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School where he was Order of the Coif and an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.


Kristin Snyder
Executive Vice President Human Resources & Development

Kristin Snyder joined Glazer’s in July of 2005 as the Regional HR Manager for North and West Texas. In October 2005, she became part of the Texas Leadership Team providing HR Generalist support to Mike Maxwell and his direct reports. Kristin joined Glazer’s from PepsiCo Inc, and was a HR Generalist supporting PepsiCo’s Business Transformation Team. While at PepsiCo, she held a variety of positions which included Training, Recruiting, HR Information Systems and Generalist work. Kristin has a BBA in Human Resources Management from Abilene Christian University.


Jerry Cargill
Advisory Board Chairman

Responsible for leading and directing the functions of Glazer’s including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development. Directs the consistent implementation of the policies, goals, and objectives, as established by the Board of Directors of Glazer’s. Currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Company Partnerships with Alliance Beverage of Arizona and Olinger Distributing of Indiana.

Mike Maxwell
Executive Vice President Malt Beverages

Responsibilities include the development and implementation of Glazer’s malt beverage plans, which are designed to amplify Glazer’s position as a beverage industry leader; special emphasis will be placed on brand building and customer service. Previously Mike Maxwell served as Glazer’s Texas President, and as Glazer’s Vice President for Malt Beverage and Business Development. Under his leadership, Glazer’s became the nation’s 11th largest beer wholesaler by dollar volume.
